Welcome to Ready Quadcopters! The Best Ready to Fly Quadcopters and Drones.

Hi Everyone,

Welcome to Ready Quadcopters! We started this website to make it easier to understand quadcopters and be able to get started more quickly with the hobby! All of our quadcopters are ready to fly which means that they will have everything you need right out of the box to get going. Currently we focus on Hubsan products as they are the best when it comes to mini quadcopters and getting you in the air quickly and easily.

What we wanted to do with this post was distinguish the different models that we carry and help you better understand what will be best for you.

First things first: Most people get attracted to quadcopters from videos they see like this online where someone has created an awesome video with their GoPro and Quadcopter. We’re here to tell you that yes, you can get to this advanced at some point, but please don’t start with a large quadcopter. You will only end up crashing it and wasting more money than if you learn on a small one and then graduate to a larger one. Trust us, we’ve done it before.

Here is where you need to start! Take one of these small guys for a spin, learn how the controls work, and get most of the crashes out of your system…. all while saving yourself a few hundred dollars.

Hubsan X4 H107L

This is our most basic model which is the most cost effective and it is really easy to fly! A big thing with the Hubsan Quadcopters is they have a 6-axis gyro which means that they will auto stabilize in the air. Early versions only had 3-axis gyros which meant that the operator would have to manually stabilize which was much harder. With this quad you will need to fly by sight which means that you will just need to control by watching it in the air. This quad is great because it is cheap, has easily replaceable parts, and is a great one to learn on. Find it in our store here. We also have a recent review here.

Hubsan X4 H107C

This model is for the hobbyist who wants to take pictures or video of their flight. We find that lots of customers like this feature if they need to check something out on a building that isn’t easily accessible. Just put in your micro SD card and turn it on to record. While you won’t be able to see the video as you fly, as soon as you land you can download all the footage onto your computer. While it isn’t HD, it is good enough video to learn how to fly these types of quads and prepare yourself for moving to a bigger machine. Find it in our store here.

Hubsan X4 H107D Fly by Video

This is our Hubsan x4 Fly by Video model! This is where you can actually control the quadcopter by watching a video being transmitted to your controller. Often times when looking at quadcopter you will see the “FPV” associated with it – you may have guessed it, it stands for First Person View which means fly by video. Besides controlling it by video you will also be able to take pictures and record your flight to enjoy on your computer later! Most advanced users of quadcopters graduate to this fly by video style but it is very important that you know how to fly a quadcopter by sight as well so if you do go with this one make sure to rely on sight to start. Find it in our store here!

We hope this gave you a good overview of the 3 models of Hubsan that we recommend. We will be following this up with more common questions and news that we have about the quadcopter community. Please subscribe and we look forward to doing business with you!
